How experience works spiritually

Standard

The concept of experience is something that we’re all familiar with; simply put, it is simply what you learn over time upon repeated actions- for example a trade, or your environment. When you learn how to ride a bike, you get better over time while you simultaneously put in the effort to do so. The end result is that you are capable of riding a bicycle effortlessly. I’ll explain how this notion works spiritually (needless to say, the average person doesn’t think about the mechanics of experience- they simply take it at face value).

Referring to one of my past articles, called the spiritual composition of man, how experience works is that your astral body learns through repetition; the specific part of you that’s doing the walking talking thinking and so on is getting used to a specific action that you perform-  such as a task, and the more effort you put into it, the more energy you expend & the more you do so- the better you get at it. Why? Because your astral body has become adept at the task through energetic output and familiarization with said task. This, generally speaking, applies to everything in general. When you introduce yourself into a new environment, for example moving to a new neighborhood or similar- the same process takes place; provided you’re not reclusive and that you actually literally move around in your vicinity, the same process will take place; through the aforementioned, you will become familiar with your environment and become master of it. In the case of a new neighborhood, you’ll for example notice everything over time- what time the people in the neighborhood do certain things, how they behave, how old buildings are, the habits of your neighbors and other people that you’re living with, and so on and so forth.

You might wonder, is there any way that I can lose experience? Yes, but it is unlikely. Generally speaking, naturally, if you were experienced or well versed in a specific task or trade and you stopped doing or occupying yourself with it, then you would automatically lose a certain degree of skill pertaining to that task or trade. But this is relatively minimal, compared to the overall. On average, it is around 30% to 40% in the way of reduction. Only in highly exceptional cases will you lose more. But this goes without saying; if you for example haven’t driven a car in 20 years and then all of a sudden you jump behind the wheel again, expect needing a couple of weeks to get used to everything, as a means of a refresher. The most extremist of examples of experience loss would be through occult means, e.g. a very strong magician cursing you with the intent of that curse being to mentally maim or cripple you. For example if the intent was to make it so that you can’t drive a car anymore, then all of a sudden you will notice that (provided that the curse successfully works etc.) you can’t do so anymore; in regards to the how, specifically.. expect something along the lines of getting an incredible feeling of uneasiness, discomfort, overall disorientation come over you and anything relating unto that when getting behind the steering wheel.

Furthermore, other exclusions would be trying to learn an elaborate task or skill etc. when you are not of a sound mind, to the point where you’re incapable of functioning normally psychologically, or have considerable difficulty doing so. Think for example someone that is so mentally ill that they can only do mundane tasks, but nothing more; so learning or absorbing information for educational means and so on. Or someone that is under constant mental pressure, to the point where they can only do the aforementioned. So it’s also not going to work if you are extremely mentally afflicted (generally speaking).
