You see what time it is; the book of Raziel the Angel will be covered. Before I continue, you can download a copy of it here. See the Wikipedia entry here for general, all-around information about it.
After having gone through the book in a summarized manner, as well as the abovementioned general information available online, the book I would say describes the book & that it was (allegedly) given to Adam by the archangel Raziel and related. It contains prayers, orations & the likes. Everything else speaks for itself (pretty much). Me being who I am, my focus is mainly on the occult merit and practical benefits of it all. I did detailed research on it, specifically using one talisman as an example (see below).
Something important I need to state is that the book of Raziel isn’t a grimoire in the sense that everything is sorted for occult use in a conventional manner; this talisman for example, has no description for use (as far as I have seen, nor anything else). So usage/utilization is up to the operator & how “good” He is (so to speak).
In the case of above talisman, long story short- it can be used for weather-based purposes, at devastating levels, magnitude-wise. See video below for more information:
This is another example; this amulet is suitable, as the description says, if you look it up in the book against a difficult childbirth. In addition, it deals with all matters where you need to interact or deal with children & the difficulties of parenthood in a parent versus children relationship (all correct as confirmed by Me).
